3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Visa decisions are made exclusively by government authorities. Use of the information on this website does not guarantee visa approval, specific processing times, or the acceptance of any documents.

4. External Software and Services (SabAI)

VisitVisa.eu acts as an informational hub and may contain links or redirect users to the software platform "SabAI" for document automation and visa preparation services.

SabAI is a separate product/service.
Any use of, or purchase made on, the SabAI platform is governed strictly by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of the SabAI application. We accept no liability for transactions, document generation, or data processing that occurs on external platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, structure, branding, and graphics on VisitVisa.eu are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may read and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Scraping, copying, redistribution, or publishing our content on third-party platforms is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

All content is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of VisitVisa.eu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including financial loss or visa rejection) arising from the use of the information provided on this website.

Hungarian law applies without restricting mandatory consumer protections in your country or your right to use competent consumer courts. 9. VisitVisa digital shop — version shop-2026-09-13

The seller is VARGA ISTVÁN BERTALAN, Hungarian sole proprietor, at the address in our Legal Notice. Contact info@visitvisa.eu for support, complaints or requests concerning your purchase. VisitVisa sells downloadable templates separately from SabAI.

The product page specifies the total EUR price, document language, formats, content and personal-use license. You need a Google or LINE account and software compatible with the stated file formats. Templates help you prepare documents; they are not legal advice or a guarantee of visa approval. You may edit them for your own application. Resale, public distribution and account sharing are prohibited.

An order is confirmed after successful Stripe payment. We collect billing details in Stripe Checkout. We do not store your card details. Paid files are delivered in the account used to order; an email confirmation links to that account. Your invoice is sent separately by email within 24 hours. Bundles deliver their listed products. An optional upgrade replaces your selection before payment.

Before paying, you expressly request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge loss of the statutory withdrawal right when supply begins. We record this consent and confirm it by email. This does not remove statutory rights concerning faulty or nonconforming digital content. Contact us if delivery fails or a file does not match its description. Full refunds and active or lost payment disputes suspend product downloads; partial refunds retain access. Invoices remain accessible.
