What makes this different from a blank template?
You get documents from applications that were approved, plus guidance on how the complete pack fits together. All eight Word templates are based on document types we submitted as part of successful applications, reformatted as reusable files for your own preparation.
What do I need to edit the templates?
Use Microsoft Word or compatible software that supports DOCX. Replace the placeholders with your own facts, remove sections that do not apply, then export to PDF and sign where required. The Start Here guide walks you through it.
Is the €49 payment recurring?
No. €49 is a one-time payment for this downloadable pack. No subscription or paid software is required to use the documents.
Does this include a guaranteed visa?
No. Only the embassy or consulate decides. This is a practical preparation pack, not representation or an approval guarantee.
Do I receive your entire unredacted application?
No. You receive the historical letters, document inventory and guidance in a privacy edition. Passport copies, personal financial records, private messages and identifiable children’s photos are not included.
Can I use the pack for any Schengen country?
Yes. The letter structures, editable templates and consistency checks can be adapted for partner visits to all 29 Schengen countries. Use the worked example as a practical reference, then follow the current forms, evidence and translation rules of the consulate handling your application.
Do I have to use SabAI or VisaAlbum?
No. You can edit the Word files and prepare your documents manually. Both software services are separate optional choices.
Is a personal review included?
No. The pack includes guides, a checklist and editable templates. It does not include individual document review or embassy submission.
How do I receive the files and invoice?
